Web & Mobile Application Development

Web and mobile products that work on the phones and networks your users actually have.

Most of the people who will use what you build are on a phone, often on a slow connection. We build web and mobile products that are fast on entry-level Android, install without an app store when that helps, and run inside Telegram when that is where your users already are.

Scope of this service

  • Corporate websites and web applications
  • Progressive web applications
  • Android and iOS applications
  • Telegram Mini Apps
  • SaaS products
  • Marketplaces and customer portals
  • Mobile-first applications for low-bandwidth environments

The problem this solves

When is this the right investment?

Many apps are designed on fast laptops for fast networks, then fail where they are actually used: slow to load, heavy to install, unreadable in daylight. Customer portals that nobody adopts and apps that need a download for a one-time task waste the investment.

Solution capabilities

What we build under web & mobile application development.

Web applications and corporate sites

Fast, accessible, search-friendly websites and web applications with content your team can update without a developer.

Progressive web apps

Installable from the browser to the home screen, with offline-tolerant loading and push notifications — no app store, no download size.

Android and iOS applications

Native apps when the product genuinely needs device features or store presence, built from a shared codebase so web and mobile stay in step.

Telegram Mini Apps

Products that open from a bot and run inside Telegram with Telegram login, payments and deep links — proven on our own platform in production.

SaaS, portals and marketplaces

Multi-tenant SaaS, customer and partner portals, and two-sided marketplaces with onboarding, payments and admin tooling from day one.

Key features and workflows

What a typical system includes.

  • Performance budget and testing on entry-level Android and slow networks
  • Amharic and English interfaces with Ethiopic-ready typography
  • Authentication by phone, email, Telegram or your organization's directory
  • Payments with Telebirr, CBE and other rails where the product takes money
  • Analytics that respect user privacy
  • Admin back office with roles and audit trail

Integration and deployment

Web and mobile products are front doors to systems behind them. We build the APIs they need, integrate with your existing back office, and deploy with continuous delivery so updates reach users without a release ceremony.

  • APIs and backend services designed with the app
  • App-store submission and release management for native apps
  • Hosting on your cloud account or our managed infrastructure
  • Monitoring, error reporting and performance tracking after launch

Security, privacy and access control

  • Secure authentication and session handling; no secrets shipped in the app
  • Encrypted connections; privacy-respecting analytics without tracking cookies
  • Role-based admin access with audit logs
  • Regular dependency updates and patching as part of maintenance

Practices are described in full on how we work and security.

Delivery process

How a web & mobile application development engagement runs.

You are never guessing where the project is. Every week you get a short written update and a demo on a staging environment you can open on your phone; every milestone has an acceptance checklist agreed in advance; and you talk to the engineers doing the work, not an account manager.

  1. 01

    Discovery and requirements analysis

We meet the people who do the work, map the current process, and document roles, data, integrations and constraints. You get a written requirements document to review.

  2. 02

    Solution architecture and proposal

A proposed architecture, the scope in plain language with what is explicitly out, milestones with acceptance criteria, and a fixed price per scope. Timelines are written here, not promised on the first call.

  3. 03

    UI/UX design and prototyping

Clickable prototypes of the key screens, tested with real users where possible — including the least experienced ones — before engineering starts.

  4. 04

    Development and quality assurance

Build in short iterations with weekly demos on staging, automated tests, code review and security checks. You can test each milestone against its acceptance checklist.

  5. 05

    Deployment and implementation

Data migration with dry runs, deployment to your infrastructure or ours, parallel running where needed, and a rehearsed cut-over with a rollback path.

  6. 06

    Training, maintenance and ongoing support

Training for administrators and users, documentation and runbooks, then a support arrangement with agreed response times and a backlog of improvements we prioritize with you.

Proven in production

We run this ourselves before offering it to you.

BetJocker is an installable progressive web app, Habesha Game Hub is a Telegram Mini App and Jocker runs in the browser on any phone — all three in production and all built for low-bandwidth, mobile-first use in Ethiopia.

Questions

What clients ask about web & mobile application development.

Progressive web app, native app or Telegram Mini App?

If your users are on Telegram and you want distribution without a store, a Mini App ships fastest. A PWA suits most customer-facing products. Native makes sense for hardware access or store presence. We recommend one on the scoping call.

Do you build in Amharic?

Yes. Our products ship with Ethiopic-ready typography and we design for Amharic and English interfaces.

Can you also build the backend?

Yes — we design the API and data model together with the app, and we can integrate with an existing backend if you have one.

How do we start?

Send a short project inquiry. An engineer replies within one business day with questions and a proposed next step — usually a discovery call.
