What this site collects
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across other sites.
- Project inquiries and messages. When you send an inquiry, the information you enter (organization type, organization name, country, the type of software, optional timeframe and budget range, your description, name, work email, optional phone and preferred reply channel) is sent to info@geezsoft.org — by your own email client, or by a form service if one is configured. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a mailing list or share it with third parties.
- Analytics. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free tool that records aggregate page views and events (for example "pricing viewed" or "brief sent") without personal identifiers. The site honours your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling tracking entirely.
- Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser) for security and debugging, retained for a limited period.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font file. No other third-party resources load unless you enable them (for example an embedded scheduling link).

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, at any time: info@geezsoft.org. We aim to follow GDPR-style practice and Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation.
