Cloud, Infrastructure & Ongoing Support

Infrastructure, deployment and support from a team that runs its own systems.

Software is not finished when it launches. We run our own products around the clock, and we offer the same operational discipline to clients: dependable infrastructure, automated deployments, monitoring that wakes someone up, and a support arrangement that keeps the system improving.

Scope of this service

  • Cloud infrastructure and deployment
  • Automated releases and DevOps
  • Monitoring and reliability
  • Database architecture and optimization
  • Security-conscious engineering
  • Maintenance, support and continuous improvement

The problem this solves

When is this the right investment?

Systems built by a vendor who then disappears degrade quickly: no updates, no backups anyone has tested, no one to call when it goes down. Organizations need a clear owner for infrastructure, a predictable release process and a support agreement with response commitments they can rely on.

Solution capabilities

What we build under Cloud, infrastructure & ongoing support.

Cloud infrastructure and deployment

Linux servers and managed services sized for your load, in your own account, with infrastructure documented and reproducible.

Automated releases

Automated builds, tests and deployments on every change, with staging environments you can open on your phone before anything reaches production.

Monitoring and reliability

Uptime, error and performance monitoring with alerting, incident runbooks and post-incident reviews.

Database architecture

Database design, performance tuning, migrations, backups and restore drills; ledgers designed so balances are derived, never edited.

Security-conscious engineering

Encrypted connections everywhere, secrets kept outside code, least-privilege access, regular updates and a documented approach to vulnerabilities.

Maintenance and support

Agreed response times, a backlog of improvements prioritized with you, and regular reviews of usage, cost and risk.

Key features and workflows

What a typical system includes.

  • Environment set-up: development, staging and production with separate credentials
  • Backup schedule with retention and a rehearsed restore
  • Release process with change log and rollback
  • Monthly or quarterly service review with usage and cost
  • Security patching and dependency updates on a schedule
  • Handover package: runbooks, environment documentation, recorded walkthrough

Integration and deployment

We deploy to the cloud account or servers you choose — including on-premise or in-country hosting where data-residency rules apply — and we are added to your accounts as operators rather than owning them on your behalf.

  • Your preferred cloud provider, our managed hosting, or in-country servers
  • Managed databases with encryption at rest
  • Automated deployments through our pipeline or your existing one
  • Status reporting and incident communication agreed in the support contract

Security, privacy and access control

  • Encrypted connections and storage; secrets managed outside the repository
  • Least-privilege access for every operator, with access reviewed on a schedule
  • Backups tested by restoring them, not just by existing
  • Vulnerability reports handled through a published security contact

Practices are described in full on how we work and security.

Delivery process

How a Cloud, infrastructure & ongoing support engagement runs.

You are never guessing where the project is. Every week you get a short written update and a demo on a staging environment you can open on your phone; every milestone has an acceptance checklist agreed in advance; and you talk to the engineers doing the work, not an account manager.

  1. 01

    Discovery and requirements analysis

We meet the people who do the work, map the current process, and document roles, data, integrations and constraints. You get a written requirements document to review.

  2. 02

    Solution architecture and proposal

A proposed architecture, the scope in plain language with what is explicitly out, milestones with acceptance criteria, and a fixed price per scope. Timelines are written here, not promised on the first call.

  3. 03

    UI/UX design and prototyping

Clickable prototypes of the key screens, tested with real users where possible — including the least experienced ones — before engineering starts.

  4. 04

    Development and quality assurance

Build in short iterations with weekly demos on staging, automated tests, code review and security checks. You can test each milestone against its acceptance checklist.

  5. 05

    Deployment and implementation

Data migration with dry runs, deployment to your infrastructure or ours, parallel running where needed, and a rehearsed cut-over with a rollback path.

  6. 06

    Training, maintenance and ongoing support

Training for administrators and users, documentation and runbooks, then a support arrangement with agreed response times and a backlog of improvements we prioritize with you.

Proven in production

We run this ourselves before offering it to you.

We operate BetJocker and Habesha Game Hub ourselves on this foundation — managed servers and databases, automated deployments, monitoring and alerting — and we handle their incidents, reconciliation and updates every day.

Questions

What clients ask about Cloud, infrastructure & ongoing support.

Do you offer a service-level agreement?

Yes, within a support contract: agreed response times by severity, maintenance windows and reporting. We do not advertise availability percentages we cannot prove for your specific environment.

Can our own IT team operate the system?

Yes. Handover includes runbooks and documentation, and we can train your team to run day-to-day operations while we remain available for escalation.

Can you support a system another vendor built?

After a technical review, usually yes. We will tell you what we found and what it would take to support it responsibly.

How do we start?

Send a short project inquiry. An engineer replies within one business day with questions and a proposed next step — usually a discovery call.
