For licensed operators · Ethiopia and East Africa
Your brand on a sportsbook and games platform that already runs.
GeezSoft builds and operates BetJocker, Habesha Game Hub and Jocker. We put the same engine, wallet, payments and back office under your brand, host it, and keep it running — for a setup fee and a share of gaming revenue.

Honesty note: our platforms run today with real players and real money. Each operator platform is a dedicated, branded deployment of that same engine. The shared multi-tenant white-label engine is still in development, and we never describe it as live.
See it running
Real screens from the products we operate.
These are the live products, not mock-ups. Your platform gets the same sportsbook, games, wallet and onboarding flows with your name, colours and domain.

Your brand, these games, day one
17 games from one catalog.
Crash games, bingo rooms, keno, wheel, lotto, virtual football, mines, plinko, dice, cards, slots and scratch cards. Every game publishes its return; every round settles to the wallet the moment it ends. New games ship to every platform on the engine at once.
17 games active today. The list is generated from the live catalog, so it cannot drift from what players see.
What operators actually buy
A back office built by people who have to use one every day.
Players see the sportsbook. You run the business from the operator console: approvals, agents, reconciliation, reports and an audit log of who did what.
Approval queues
Withdrawals, KYC upgrades and agent float requests land in queues with limits, four-eyes approval where you want it, and a reason on every decision.
Agent hierarchy
Multi-level agents with floats, commissions and payouts. Cash-in and cash-out through people your players know, reconciled by the system.
Ledger and reconciliation
Every deposit, bet, win, payout and commission is a line with the balance before and after. Daily reconciliation against Telebirr and CBE records.
Reports from the ledger
Gross gaming revenue, deposits, withdrawals, agent commissions and player activity, computed from the same ledger that settles the money.
Roles and audit log
Finance, support, risk and management roles with per-action audit logs. Nothing moves money without a record of who moved it.
Responsible-gambling controls
Deposit and loss limits, session reminders, self-exclusion and tiered KYC, configurable per operator and required on every platform we build.
A clear division of work

- A prepaid credit balance that player deposits and withdrawals settle against
- Agents, or the intention to recruit them — we help you design the network
- A named person for approvals and payouts on your side
How the money works
Setup fee, then a share of gross gaming revenue.
We do not publish prices because every market is different, but the structure is simple and the same for every operator. Here it is, with an illustrative example.
- 01
One-time setup fee
Covers branding, domain, payment onboarding, agent setup and staff training. Quoted in writing after a discovery call.
- 02
Share of gross gaming revenue
Gross gaming revenue is bets minus winnings paid. A percentage, agreed per market, is computed from the platform ledger every month.
- 03
Prepaid credit for player money
Player deposits and withdrawals settle against a credit balance you top up, so player funds are never mixed with platform fees.
- 04
Provider fees at cost
Telebirr, CBE and SMS fees are passed through at cost and itemised in your reconciliation report.
Illustrative month
| Bets placed (turnover) | ETB 3,000,000 |
|---|---|
| Winnings paid to players | − ETB 2,700,000 |
| Gross gaming revenue | ETB 300,000 |
| GeezSoft share (20% of GGR, example) | − ETB 60,000 |
| Payment-provider fees, passed through at cost | − ETB 18,000 |
| Operator keeps | ETB 222,000 |
Illustrative only: round numbers and a 20% share, chosen to show the arithmetic. The actual share and setup fee are agreed per market in a written proposal.
Player deposits and withdrawals are not revenue: they move against the prepaid credit balance and appear separately in the reconciliation report.
From agreement to first bet
What the first 60 days look like.

Payments and agents
Telebirr and CBE onboarding in your name where the market requires it. Agent hierarchy, floats and commission rules set up and tested with real small transactions.
- Weeks 5 to 7
Training and soft launch
Training for finance, support and agents. Soft launch with a limited player group; reconciliation reviewed daily.
- Week 8 onward

- Tiered KYC with liveness before high-value withdrawals
Who you will deal with
The people on the call are the people who built the platform.
GeezSoft is a small team of engineers and product people in Addis Ababa. We operate our own platforms daily, so the person explaining the back office to you is the person who reconciles one every morning.
Capabilities we bring
- White-label gaming and sportsbook platforms
- Real-time game systems
- Wallet and transaction infrastructure
- Agent and operator management
- Payment integrations
- Gaming administration and reporting
Operator questions
What operators ask before the first call.
Is the platform really live, or is it a demo?
The sportsbook, games, wallet, payments and back office run today on BetJocker, Habesha Game Hub and Jocker with real players and real money. Your platform is a dedicated, branded deployment of that engine. The shared multi-tenant white-label engine is still in development and is not what we sell you today.
Who holds the player money?
Player deposits and withdrawals settle against a prepaid credit balance you top up with us. Player balances are tracked in the platform ledger with every movement recorded. The operator agreement sets out payout obligations and reconciliation in writing.
Which payment methods work today, and what about M-Pesa?
Telebirr and CBE deposits with automated confirmation, plus agent cash-in and cash-out, are in production. Other rails such as M-Pesa are scoped per market as part of setup and are not in production today. We say which rails are live in the proposal.
Which odds feed do you use?
A licensed commercial odds and results feed drives pre-match and in-play prices, with our own settlement for singles, accumulators and system bets. The provider and the sports covered are named in the proposal.
Can we run games only, without a sportsbook?
Yes. The platform can launch with the games catalog only, the sportsbook only, or both. Many operators start with games and add the sportsbook later.
Do you provide the licence?
No. You hold the licence in your jurisdiction. We build the KYC, age-verification and responsible-gambling controls the licence requires and share what we know about the landscape, but legal reliance belongs with your own counsel.
Is there a minimum volume or contract length?
There is no published minimum volume. The setup fee, revenue share and initial term are agreed per market in the written proposal; after the initial term the agreement continues month to month.
What happens if we want to leave?
Your data is exportable at any time: players, transactions, ledger and reports. Source-code escrow is available on enterprise terms. We would rather you stay because the platform works than because leaving is hard.
Can we see the back office before signing?
Yes. We walk you through the live operator console on a call, with real screens and real workflows, under a non-disclosure agreement where needed.
Which countries do you work with?
Ethiopia is where our products run today. We work with operators across East Africa and with diaspora-led companies abroad; payment rails and agent models are scoped per market.
