Gaming & Specialized Platforms

Gaming and sportsbook platforms, from a team that operates one.

Gaming is where GeezSoft started and where we hold the deepest operating experience: we build and run BetJocker (sportsbook and games) and Habesha Game Hub (Telegram games). For licensed operators we build branded platforms on that foundation — sportsbook, games, wallet, agents and back office.

Scope of this service

  • White-label gaming and sportsbook platforms
  • Real-time game systems
  • Wallet and transaction infrastructure
  • Agent and operator management
  • Payment integrations
  • Gaming administration and reporting

The problem this solves

When is this the right investment?

Operators entering an African market need a product that works on the phones and payment rails their players use, an agent network for cash-in and cash-out, and a back office that keeps the business compliant and auditable. Platforms built elsewhere assume cards, fast networks and big screens.

Solution capabilities

What we build under gaming & specialized platforms.

Sportsbook and games

Pre-match and in-play markets, cash-out, accumulators, and a catalog of live-round and instant games that publishes its return and settles every round the moment it ends.

Real-time game systems

Live rounds, shared pools and multiplier games served to web and Telegram clients from one engine.

Wallet and transaction infrastructure

Double-entry ledger with before-and-after balance on every line, receipt codes, approval queues and reconciliation against provider records.

Agent and operator management

Multi-level agent hierarchies with floats, commissions and payouts, and an operator back office with roles, approvals and audit logs.

Payment integrations

Telebirr and CBE in production with automated confirmation; agent cash; other rails per market.

Administration and reporting

Player, agent, transaction and gaming-revenue reporting, responsible-gambling controls and tiered KYC configurable per operator.

Key features and workflows

What a typical system includes.

  • Branded player app on web and/or Telegram
  • Operator back office with roles, approvals and audit trail
  • Tiered KYC and withdrawal controls
  • Deposit and loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion built in
  • Daily reconciliation and gaming-revenue reports
  • Hosting, monitoring and updates on a setup-fee plus revenue-share model

Integration and deployment

Odds feeds, payment providers, SMS gateways and KYC services are integrated through verified, duplicate-safe connections. Platforms run on infrastructure we operate, or on dedicated infrastructure for enterprise terms.

  • Odds and results feeds
  • Telebirr, CBE and agent cash; other rails per market
  • SMS and Telegram notifications
  • Data export at any time; source-code escrow on enterprise terms

Security, privacy and access control

  • Verified, duplicate-safe payment confirmations reconciled against provider records
  • Role-based back office with per-action audit logs
  • Tiered KYC with liveness checks before high-value withdrawals
  • Responsible-gambling controls required on every platform we build

Practices are described in full on how we work and security.

Delivery process

How a gaming & specialized platforms engagement runs.

You are never guessing where the project is. Every week you get a short written update and a demo on a staging environment you can open on your phone; every milestone has an acceptance checklist agreed in advance; and you talk to the engineers doing the work, not an account manager.

  1. 01

    Discovery and requirements analysis

We meet the people who do the work, map the current process, and document roles, data, integrations and constraints. You get a written requirements document to review.

  2. 02

    Solution architecture and proposal

A proposed architecture, the scope in plain language with what is explicitly out, milestones with acceptance criteria, and a fixed price per scope. Timelines are written here, not promised on the first call.

  3. 03

    UI/UX design and prototyping

Clickable prototypes of the key screens, tested with real users where possible — including the least experienced ones — before engineering starts.

  4. 04

    Development and quality assurance

Build in short iterations with weekly demos on staging, automated tests, code review and security checks. You can test each milestone against its acceptance checklist.

  5. 05

    Deployment and implementation

Data migration with dry runs, deployment to your infrastructure or ours, parallel running where needed, and a rehearsed cut-over with a rollback path.

  6. 06

    Training, maintenance and ongoing support

Training for administrators and users, documentation and runbooks, then a support arrangement with agreed response times and a backlog of improvements we prioritize with you.

Proven in production

We run this ourselves before offering it to you.

BetJocker, Habesha Game Hub and Jocker are built and operated by GeezSoft, in production with real players and real money. The multi-tenant white-label engine for third-party operators is in development; we do not describe it as live.

BetJocker

Live sports betting and fast-paced games, built for Ethiopia.

  • Pre-match and in-play sportsbook across football, basketball, tennis, volleyball and baseball
  • Cash-out on open bets and accumulators of up to ten selections with receipt codes
  • Seventeen games from one catalog — crash games, bingo, keno, wheel, lotto, mines, plinko, dice, cards and virtual football

Questions

What clients ask about gaming & specialized platforms.

Do you provide licences?

No. Operators are responsible for licensing in their jurisdiction. We can share what we know about the landscape and build the compliance controls the licence requires.

Can we launch under our own brand?

Yes. Branded platforms are how we work with operators; see pricing for the setup-fee plus revenue-share model.

Where can I read about compliance and responsible gambling?

On the compliance page, which covers licensing responsibility, KYC and AML, age verification, responsible-gambling tools and data protection.

How do we start?

Send a short project inquiry. An engineer replies within one business day with questions and a proposed next step — usually a discovery call.
