Agent and master-agent management
Cash-in and cash-out through people your players know, reconciled by the system.
In markets where many players do not use mobile money, agents are infrastructure: they take cash, credit the player, pay out winnings and recruit the next player. Our platforms run an agent network in production today. This page describes how it works and what the operator controls.
How the network works
From a float to a payout, every step is a ledger line.
The same engine that settles bets settles agent money, so commissions, floats and payouts never need a spreadsheet.

The operator funds a master-agent
A master-agent receives a float against prepaid credit. Floats, limits and the commission rule are set in the back office.

The master-agent funds agents
Agents under the master-agent receive their own floats. Each transfer is a ledger line with the balance before and after.

A player deposits in cash
The agent credits the player from the float and gets a receipt code; the player sees the balance immediately and can play.

A player withdraws
The player requests a payout; it lands in an approval queue with limits, and the agent pays cash and closes it with the code.

Commissions are computed
Commissions on deposits, turnover or revenue, as configured, accrue per agent and roll up to the master-agent from the ledger.

Everything reconciles
Daily reconciliation of floats, payouts and commissions against the ledger, with reports the operator and the master-agent both see.
What the operator controls
Floats, limits, commissions and approvals are yours to set.
Hierarchy
Master-agents, agents and sub-agents with their own floats and limits; move an agent, suspend one, or change a commission rule without touching the ledger.
Approval queues
Withdrawals, float top-ups and KYC upgrades land in queues with limits and four-eyes approval where you want it, with a reason recorded on every decision.
Reports
Per-agent deposits, payouts, commissions and player activity, computed from the same ledger that settles the money.
Roles and audit log
Finance, support, risk and management roles; nothing moves money without a record of who moved it.
Controls
Agent limits, player limits, tiered KYC before high-value withdrawals, and self-exclusion that agents cannot override.
Reconciliation
Floats and cash settlements reconciled daily against the ledger; discrepancies surface as items, not as surprises at month end.
What an agent sees
A phone, a float and a receipt code.
Agents work from a phone with no app to install. The agent view shows the float, the players served, open payouts and commissions earned.

How are commissions set?
Per operator, per level: a percentage of deposits, turnover or gaming revenue, with the rule configured in the back office and computed from the ledger.
Who holds the agent money?
Floats are credit against the operator’s prepaid balance, so player and agent money is never mixed with platform fees. See who holds the player money.
Can agents be in several towns or countries?
The hierarchy is not tied to geography. Where a market needs its own payment onboarding or currency, that is scoped in the proposal.
