Services
GeezSoft Technologies provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile applications, Telegram Mini Apps, and specialized platforms. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a separate project agreement between GeezSoft and the client.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestone deliveries. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for their project. GeezSoft retains the right to use general-purpose tools, libraries, and frameworks developed during the project that are not specific to the client's business. GeezSoft may reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
GeezSoft's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. GeezSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Project Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by client feedback cycles, scope changes, or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of GeezSoft. We commit to transparent communication about project progress and any anticipated delays.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
